DLETP

Pal-Tech is proud to be one of only six prime contractors awarded a multi-year contract to provide education and training products for the Department of the Army supporting Headquarters, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Schools and other Army agencies.

Our richly diverse team with strong TRADOC experience includes General Physics Corporation, SBI Technologies, L-3 Link, Inc., B.I.B. Consultants, Inc., Concurrent Technologies Corporation, EM-Assist, JCA Solutions, SphereCom Enterprises Inc., Hampton University, DEI Services Corporation, Microsoft Corporation - Learning Division, Symantec, New Horizons, and Research Triangle Institute, Inc. Together, the Pal-Tech Team employs the latest technology to develop innovative learning solutions while maximizing the impact of training dollars, and helping the Army achieve its learning and performance goals; ultimately, a higher level of military preparedness.

Pal-Tech's approach is based on a profound understanding of the adult learning process.  Our solid instructional background forms the basis for developing blended learning solutions, including Computer/Web-Based Training and classroom training for the Army distributed learning (dL) programs.  Further, our approach combines performance-oriented training and a plan-prepare-execute-assess-retrain methodology.

Our team’s military training experience enhances our ability to work with all elements of the Army’s Warfighter XXI, Warrior XXI, and Warfighter Modernization (WarMod) XXI training programs.  We are helping the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) meet the requirements of the Army XXI Training Development: a responsive training development process that employs appropriate SCORM-conformant instructional technologies, supporting a variety of training environments and adult learning styles.

Our innovative use of new technologies is helping the Army meet its urgent priority of “digitizing the battlefield.”  We have designed custom training products for simulators, simulations, distributed interactive simulation (DIS), embedded training, and virtual reality applications.
