Government Contracting

Contract Vehicles

Paltech currently is a prime contractor under several Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles that offer government customers an array of professional and technical services through a streamlined acquisitions process. Paltech is also a subcontractor under many additional government contracts.

We work with potential customers to help them identify appropriate contracting vehicles to meet their service procurement needs. Because we have already been evaluated and found capable of providing specified services at fair and reasonable prices, customers can simply issue task orders under these contracts to procure Paltech services.

The Department of Health and Human Services' Program Support Center (PSC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQ) for Program and Policy Assessment, Evaluation Design Studies and Technical Assistance provides a vehicle through which our company may provide:

  • policy assessments/analyses
  • program assessments
  • evaluation design studies and data collection
  • performance measurements
  • technical assistance/expertise
  • data analysis
  • auxiliary/support services

An individual task order may require services in only one of these activities or a combination of the activities.

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) facilitates electronic procurement of engineering, technical, and programmatic support services by the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR), as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for customized services to meet the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with diverse product requirements and missions. Under this ID/IQ contract, the Paltech team may compete for up to 75,000 Technical Instructions (TI) totaling $10 billion over 15 years.
