Paltech currently is a prime contractor under several Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles that offer government customers an array of professional and technical services through a streamlined acquisitions process. Paltech is also a subcontractor under many additional government contracts.
We work with potential customers to help them identify appropriate contracting vehicles to meet their service procurement needs. Because we have already been evaluated and found capable of providing specified services at fair and reasonable prices, customers can simply issue task orders under these contracts to procure Paltech services.

Paltech holds a multi-year contract to provide education and training products for the Department of the Army, supporting Headquarters, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Schools and other Army agencies. TRADOC operates 33 schools and centers at 16 Army installations conducting more than 2700 courses for more than half a million students each year. Paltech is helping the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) meet the requirements of the Army XXI Training Development: a responsive training development process, that employs appropriate SCORM-conformant instructional technologies, supporting a variety of training environments and adult learning styles. SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) facilitates electronic procurement of engineering, technical, and programmatic support services by the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR), as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for customized services to meet the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with diverse product requirements and missions. Under this ID/IQ contract, the Paltech team may compete for up to 75,000 Technical Instructions (TI) totaling $10 billion over 15 years.

The Simulation and Training Omnibus Contract II, or STOC II, is a set of multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide simulation, training and instrumentation products and services for the Warfighter, from concept development continuing through life cycle support.
