Paltech provided administrative and program support staff to USAID’s Bureau for Global Health (GH) for 18 years. Paltech Administrative, Front Office, and Executive Assistants supported GH with a variety of human resource (HR) functions, including maintaining and updating to the GH Organizational Directory, managing interview scheduling for GH vacancies, coordinating file management and archiving, and orienting GH staff to new software and policies. Paltech provided consistent and seamless support to GH, successfully transitioning 100% of contract staff from one prime contractor to the current one in 2008 with no service disruption. Paltech staff developed training manuals to orient new staff to the job requirements and GH’s mission. Additionally, Paltech staff provided programmatic support to the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Professional Development and Management Support, which included facilitating onboarding, and delivering orientation sessions for Direct Labor Initiative staff.
