Dr. Kader holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

He served as the Executive Director of the United Palestinian Appeal and Executive Director of the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), a civil rights organization. He currently teaches seminars at several universities and is a board member of the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy at Georgetown University and the Middle East Policy Council. In 2004 he delivered the Commencement address at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, where he also received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities for his service to the institution.


Dr. Kader’s entrepreneurial talent led him to start Pal-Tech in 1987. Working initially in a small corner of his home with no permanent staff - only interns and consultants - he had the vision and determination to create a new kind of government contracting firm, committed to the very highest standards of quality and customer service. Determined and persistent, he achieved 8(a) status for the company in 1991 and almost immediately was awarded a $3 million training contract from the Department of Energy. From then on, the company has been on a steady upward path. Pal-Tech’s success is a testament to the value of Dr. Kader’s vision and his skill in choosing leaders to carry it forward.
