The Early Childhood 2010 Planning Team was recently awarded the Assistant Secretary’s 2010 Partnering for HHS Excellence Award.


Paltech sent a team of 12 employees to the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando, Florida, November 29-December 2. The I/ITSEC annual conference attracts about 19,000 total registrants. About 50% of the registrants are from the government, with over 2,000 of the registrants from 61 countries.


The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (ACF) has selected Paltech to support the Office of Head Start’s “I am Moving, I am Learning” (IMIL) training initiative with Head Start grantees.


The Children’s Bureau and its Office on Child Abuse and Neglect, ACYF/ACF/HHS has awarded Paltech the National Child Abuse and Neglect Training and Publications (NCANTP) Project for a period of one year, with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods.


Paltech is currently a Prime contractor on the Distributed Learning Education and Training Products (DLETP) contract for the US Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Under this contract, we are designing, developing, and implementing distance learning (dL) products for use by Soldiers throughout the world. Recently, we were awarded three task orders.

The Department of Health and Human Services has awarded Paltech a three-year contract to support the Office of Head Start (OHS) through the Head Start Resource Center (HSRC). Pal-Tech has been the contractor for HSRC since 1996.


Paltech has recently been awarded the Familiarization (FAM) Training for the United States Coast Guard Trailerable Aids to Navigation Boat (TANB). The 26-foot TANB is a high performance work boat for Aids to Navigation Teams (ANTs).


Paltech was recently awarded a contract with the Department of Commerce to implement a pilot program for our Mentor Leadership Assessment.


At a February 24 ceremony, our President and CEO, Moira Kelly Lethbridge, joined 99 other company leaders selected by SmartCEO magazine.


Paltech was recently awarded two Department of Education Streamlined Acquisition Tool (ED-SAT) blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) in the areas of: Policy, Program, and Performance Analysis, and Evaluation and Research and Assessment Design, Data Collection and Analysis.
