Omar Kader

Chairman and Owner
Omar M. Kader holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in International Relations. He served as the Executive Director of the United Palestinian Appeal and Executive Director of the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), a civil rights organization. He currently teaches seminars at several universities and is a board member of the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy at Georgetown University and the Middle East Policy Council. In 2004 he delivered the Commencement address for Weber State University where he also received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities for his service to the institution.
Dr. Kader is an expert in counter terrorism policy and the promotion of democracy. He frequently provides expert commentary to news organizations and conducts public speaking engagements on the development of political and international issues. He has served as an official international election monitor and observer in Palestine, Yemen and Indonesia.
He founded Pal-Tech, Inc. in 1987. The firm currently has over 220 employees and contracts with seven U.S. Government agencies.
